Terms of Service
By downloading, purchasing, or using Mazkits from Mazkits, you agree to these Terms of Service.
License grant
When you purchase Mazkits, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on one (1) Mac computer. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.
Free and paid tiers
Mazkits offers a free tier with usage limits (file size, daily exports, Mask-only strategy) and a Pro tier (subscription or lifetime) with expanded capabilities. Feature limits are enforced by the application and may change with notice.
Subscription licenses
Pro subscriptions renew automatically through Lemon Squeezy until cancelled. When a subscription expires, your license reverts to the free tier. You may cancel anytime via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Lifetime licenses
A lifetime license grants Pro features without renewal, bound to one Mac. Lifetime licenses may be revoked if a refund is issued or fraud is detected, verified via Lemon Squeezy.
Device binding
Each license activates on one Mac at a time. To move to a new machine, deactivate the old instance in Lemon Squeezy before activating on the new device.
Payment
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contacthello@mazkits.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and will revoke the associated license key.
Disclaimer
Mazkits is provided "as is" without warranty. Mazkits is not liable for damages arising from use of the software, including data loss, incomplete redaction, or compliance failures. Mazkits is a tool to assist with PII redaction — you are responsible for reviewing output before sharing sensitive data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
